What is a Speech Therapist?

A speech therapist, or officially a speech-language pathologist:
  • "Evaluates and diagnoses speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Treats speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly."
